<li>Report directly to the General Manager, manages procurement, contract, logistic, warehouse and inventory activities.</li>
<li>Direct the subordinates to obtain permission (i.e. traffic permission) from the related authority promptly and ensure all procurement related documents are produced accurately and timely, and strictly adhered to the company&#8217;s policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Direct, coordinate and monitor the execution of materials &amp; services procurement, aligned with the relevant regulations and company&#8217;s policies, so as to ensure all products and services procured meet the specifications and standards required.</li>
<li>Coordinate with the end users to get information regarding the quantity, quality and specifications, in order to meet their needs and requirements accurately and promptly.</li>
<li>Coordinate with the Bid Committee team in executing the bidding process effectively by ensuring bidding administration (i.e. tender invitation and announcement) is done promptly and in compliance with the company&#8217;s policies and tender SOP.</li>
<li>Familiar with all government regulations related to procurement and logistic activities and having good relationship with the government institutions, such as BPMigas, Bea Cukai, Ditjen Migas and vendors, in order to support the procurement process effectively.</li>
<li>Prepare annual operational budget for the General Manager approval, and ensure an effective and efficient use of the allocated budget.</li>

Majority share Archipelago Resources, Plc, held by Rajawali Corpora (51.1%). Applicants are invited for the following position:</p><p>COMMUNITY RELATION SUPERINTENDENT</p><p>DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:<br />Responsibilities for addressing the expectations of a diverse set of company stakeholders including , local business, communities and government. Now we are in the process of expanding our business<a name="more" id="more"></a>, looking for several good candidate for :</p><p>1. MINING MANAGER (KEPALA TEHNIK TAMBANG / KTT)</p><p>• Male and must be posses from Bachelor Degree (strata 1) in Mining Engineering.<br />• Have Certified "KTT / Kepala Tehnik Tambang" is a must.<br />• Hard working and having 5 – 10 years of working experience as Mining Manager / "KTT" and having good leadership and hard working.<br />• Knowledgeable in Mine Reclamation, Rehabilitation, and AMDAL.<br />• Have certificate of Mine Operation Controller (POP, POM or POU).<br />• Have computer skill in Microsoft and Mining Software (Map Info, Global Mapper and familiar with surpac software, Mincom Minescape: basic, stratmodel and open cut).<br />• Capable for equipment productivity and efficiency.<br />• Willing to work in Kalimantan.</p><p>2. PROJECT MANAGER</p><p>• Age min. 45 years old.<br />• Bachelor degree from faculty mining engineer or geology.<br />• Min 10 (ten) years experience in mining industry project + 5 (five) years in Managerial Level.<br />• Well understading about mining operation (Facility / Equipment / Manpower).<br />• Familiar make project plan, including target of production, evaluation, improving and analyze of cost production.<br />• Good knowledge about SHE / K3 procedure in mining sector.<br />• Has good leadership to subordinate and good interpersonal and organizational skill.<br />• Communicate with all level in organization company and government.<br />• Know about all the mining software and use to operation MS Office and internet. Health, good performance and able to work under pressure and also familiar work by target.<br />• Willing to work in Kalimantan with roster schedule and will be assigned to go to other location in Indonesia.</p><p>3. MINING ENGINEER</p><p>• Male and the candidate must be possess from Bachelor s Degree in Mining Engineering.<br />• Hard working and Having 5 - 10 year(s) of working experience as Mine Engineer and or Mine Planner (Long term &amp; Short Term planning) and having good leadership.<br />• Have certificate of Mine Operation Controller (POP or POM or POU).<br />• Required skill(s): MS Office Application and mining Software (Map info, Surpac, Minescape, etc).<br />• Applicants must be willing to work in Kalimantan with roster schedule and will be assigneed to go to other location in Indonesia.</p><p>4. GENERAL ADMINISTRATION</p><p>• Female and and min Diploma Degree.<br />• Hard working and Having min 2 (two) years of working experience as General Administration especially in coal trading company.<br />• Can speak and write in english fluently.<br />• Have computer skill in microsoft office (word &amp; excel).<br />• Able to work under pressure.<br />• Willing to work in Sumatera with roster schedule and will be assigneed to go to other location in Indonesia.</p><p>5. ASSISTANT CARGO SUPERVISOR</p><p>• Bachelor Degree (strata 1).<br />• Have min 2 (two) years experience in Coal Cargo.<br />• Have computer skill in Microsoft Office (word &amp; excel).<br />• Prosses strong leadership and hard working.<br />• Willing to work in Sumatera with roster schedule and will be assigneed to go to other location in Indonesia.</p><p>6. ACCOUNTING &amp; FINANCE STAFF</p><p>• Bachelor Degree (strata 1) .<br />• Have min. 4 (four) years experience in Account.<br />• Checking payment compliance according to contractual terms.<br />• Dealing with Banks for climents and daily transaction.<br />• Scrutiny of Suppliers Ledger and Timely Reporting.<br />• Support Accounting Division for closing towards Supplier side and Resolve Query.<br />• Can speak and write in English fluently.<br />• Have computer skill in Microsoft Office (word &amp; excel).</p><p>Send your complete application, CV in English (MS.
