    BUILDING MANAGER (BM)
    -          Pria, usia max. 35 tahun,
    -          Menguasai Ms Office,
    -          S1 T. Mesin/Elektro/Listrik,
    -          Pengalaman min. 2 tahun di bidang yang sama, bidang perawatan/pengelolaan gedung perkantoran,
    -          Memahami Building Management & mampu berkomunikasi baik dengan tenant

    CHIEF ENGINEER  ( CE )
    -          Pria, usia min.30 tahun.
    -          Pendidikan min. D3 Elektro/Mesin
    -          Pengalaman Min. 3 tahun di bidang perawatan/pengelolaan bangunan resort/perhotelan.
    -          Mampu mengoperasikan komputer ( MS. Office )
    -          Bersedia di tempatkan di Learning Centre Ciawi, Kab. Bogor.

    GENERAL AFFAIRS HEAD (GA)
    -          Wanita, usia max. 35 tahun
    -          Pendidikan S1 Arsitek / Teknik Sipil / Manajemen
    -          Pengalaman min 2 tahun sebagai General Affairs Head / Building Manager
    -          Memahami operasional gedung berikut atributnya ( Housekeeping, Landscape, Parking Management, dll )
    -          Customer Service oriented dan result oriented
    -          Memiliki kepribadian dan mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik,
    -          Memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan yang tinggi, memiliki kemampuan analitis dan kreatifitas yang tinggi,
    -          Mampu bekerjasama dan mudah beradaptasi
    -          Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan
    -          Bertempat tinggal di wilayah Bintaro atau sekitarnya

    GENERAL AFFAIRS STAFF
    -          Pria / Wanita umur, usia max. 35 tahun,
    -          Berpengalaman kerja selama min. 2 tahun, diutamakan di hospitally industry,
    -          Berpengalaman menangani housekeeping dan parking management,
    -          Costumer Service oriented dan result oriented,
    -          Memiliki kepribadian dan mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik,
    -          Mampu bekerjasama dalam team dan mudah beradaptasi,
    -          Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan

    TEKNISI ( TEK )
    -          Pria, usia max. 30 tahun
    -          STM/D1/D3 Teknik Mesin/Elektro/Listrik
    -          Mengerti sistem kelistrikan
    -          Mengerti system kerja AC, STP dan Genset
    -          Mampu mengoperasikan computer ( MS. Office )
    -          Bersedia kerja shift
    -          Pengalaman min. 2 tahun di bidang yang sama, bidang perawatan/pengelolaan gedung perkantoran.
