• To oversee geotechnical conditions across all Company operating Mine site and to provide detailed input into design stability, potential for slope failure and advise corrective measures to mitigate potentially dangerous situations.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil/Mining/Geology/Geotechnical Engineering ; Currently on senior geotechnical roles on mine sites ; Min 8 years experience in open pit coal mining, dealing with geotechnical inspection, monitoring and managing day to day geotechnical hazards for safety and viability of mining operations. ; Fully capable to operate geotechnical software for slope stability analysis and drawing software ; Good leadership, planning & organizing and analytical skills

Training Specialist – Mechanical
Location: Balikpapan Support Facility Office
Requirements:

• At least SMU level with 2 years experience as field trainer ; has experience in heavy equipment maintenance and maintenance planning ; able to train, test and audit mechanics ; understand Maintenance Training Curricula ; having Train of the Trainer certificate; good use of English and Bahasa Indonesia and basic computer, preferably possess POP certificate

Training Specialist – Welding, Cutting
Location : Balikpapan Support Facility Office
Requirements:

• At least SMU level with 2 years experience as field trainer ; able to train, test and audit operators ; having Welding certificate from Migas or Disnaker; having Train of the Trainer certificate; good use of English and Bahasa Indonesia and basic computer, preferably possess POP certificate

Training Specialist – Auto Electrical
Location: Balikpapan Support Facility Office
Requirements:

• At least SMU level with 2 years experience as field trainer ; able to train, test and audit operators ; understand the auto-electrical system of heavy equipments ; possess Train of the Trainer certificate; good use of English and Bahasa Indonesia and basic computer, preferably possess POP certificate

Training Specialist – Operation
Location: Balikpapan Support Facility Office
Requirements:

• At least from SMU level with 2 years experience as field trainer ; has extensive experience in operating earthwork heavy equipment in mining company ; possess Train of the Trainer certificate, preferably possess POP certificate ;good use of English and Bahasa Indonesia and basic computer.

Training Supervisor – Excavator
Location: Balikpapan Support Facility Office
Requirements:

• At least SMU level with 2 years expereince as field trainer ; able to train, test and audit operators ; possess Train of the Trainer certificate; good use of English and Bahasa Indonesia and basic computer, preferably possess POP certificate

Training Supervisor – Heavy Equipment (Maintenance)

• The project is located at Tapanuli – North Sumatra and contain a resource base of 6.5Moz gold and 66Moz silver. The work includes mining activities ie. mine haul road construction, topsoil removal, drill and blast, mining of waste and the construction of mine infrastructure.

Requirements:

• At least from SMU level with 2 years experience as field trainer ; in-depth knowledge of technical and mechanical system of heavy equipment and repair maintenance procedure ; possess Train for Trainer certificate ; preferably possess POP certificate.
