We are currently taking applicants for the following position:

SCHEDULER

Requirements:

1) Degree in engineering.

2) Minimum 5 years experience in a similar construction scheduling area.

3) Working knowledge of computer scheduling programs (i.e. Primavera, P3, Microsoft Project, SureTrak) and department computer system is beneficial.

4) Know the type of project and site condition to estimate duration of works.

5) Must have excellent verbal / written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

6) Effective interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Prior to project start, create and establish project schedules for Operations in order to detailing the sequence of all work to be performed.

2. Prepare and develop WBS in conjunction with Project Engineers, Project Controls Officer and Construction/Mining Superintendents to ensure WBS are accurate and reliable.

3. Maintain Contractual Schedule, identifying construction and commissioning milestones, critical Path activities in order to advise and allow the Project Manager to meet all contractual obligations.

4. Establish, develop and monitor the implementation of Project master Schedule to ensure the development and maintenance of measurement of project progress and perform earned value as measures as needed, including weighted S-curves.

5. Assist Project Managers in creating short-term schedules, monitor such schedules to determine impact on master schedule, and help in formulating actions to correct scheduling problems.

6. Analyze and identify opportunities within the Project schedule in order to increase project returns.

7. Prepare and assist Project Controls Superintendent in developing budget forecasts to ensure the budgets are reliable.

8. Contribute to the development of working schedules for Estimating, prior to proposal date, which sufficiently illustrate the sequence of work activities and contract time.
